Frozen Chocolate and Blueberry Cake
Another Ode to BC Blueberries. This recipe was was born during the heat wave we experience on the west coast of Canada a few weeks ago. Being spoiled with mild weather year round when the temperature rose above our regular average of 21 degrees I was quickly scheming a way to cool off. So I invited over a few girl friends to sit on the patio and enjoy a Frozen Chocolate and Blueberry Cake. It was the perfect cure for the warm weather :)
