recipe: raw summer colorful kale salad
unfortunately, my camera is packed in a box somewhere, so i have to rely on a photo from google images, that isn’t quite what i concocted. it will have to do until this woman moves on thursday.

colorful summer kale salad {raw}
ingredients:
1 bunch of kale, chopped in thin strips
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 lemon
few tablespoons olive oil
a few pinches of sea salt
mix all ingredients in a bowl. the key is to massage everything - use your hands!! - for 2 minutes or so that the kale, which can be somewhat bitter, absorbs the lemon and olive oil. i ate mine with some ezekiel sprouted bread. delish!
